Every new year we set goals and resolutions and dream about how life will be better when we reach them. But then that new year feeling wears off and we are no further by the end of January than we were at the end of the previous December.

At the start of 2016 I taught a Kickstart Course on how to achieve your goals for your life, business, health, or relationships.

One of the key concepts in the course was all about planning. I created a planning sheet for the group, but it just didn’t quite inspire me the way I wanted and I started looking for a better way.

I finally found a planner that leads you to focus on your life, soul, and business goals in addition to your to do list. It’s soulful planning. Planning with feeling, emotion, and centered on your mission.
